Chat Controls Painting 2022 T-Shirt

As a follow up to the second Chat Controls Painting, on January 22nd 2023 (we don't talk about the the fact that we did 2022 in 2023), I allowed my Twitch chat to control my painting - again. Viewers voted on colours, setting, and eventually just told me anything and everything to be added to this chaotic design.
