If there is a problem with your order, such as a defected, incorrect, or missing item, please email me directly at erinbunpaints@gmail.com. Product quality and consumer satisfaction is very important to me, and I'd love the opportunity to make any disappointments right with a store credit or replacement when applicable. All sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Damaged or lost product during the shipping process should be brought to the mail carrier's attention for investigation and reimbursement.
