Shipping policy

Orders are processed (packaged, dropped off at shipping facility) within 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Once products are processed (packaged and shipped), estimated delivery times include:
Canada: 2-10 business days
United States: 3-12 business days
International: 5-22 business days

Additional fees (duties, customs, taxes, etc.) for products shipped outside of Canada are possible. Unfortunately this is beyond my control and cannot be estimated or predicted at checkout. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Damaged or lost product during the shipping process should be brought to the mail carrier's attention for investigation and reimbursement.   

All products are shipped from the erinbunpaints in-home studio, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with an exception of any 'merch' products (t-shirts, clothing) which are shipped separately from Printful shipping centers in various locations/countries. I am a one-woman packing crew and I appreciate your patience and understanding with any processing delays while I am physically away from my studio, which will always be stated before/while they are in affect.
