Beginning October 1st 2025 I began the #colorcardchallenge, painting a new piece of art every day on a predetermined order of color cards from ColorDrunk. I ventured across two provinces and four different locations with my paints in order to keep up with daily painting, using the colours themselves, a list of word prompts, and day-to-day experiences as my inspiration.
This challenge proved that daily art practice is possible, which I find I need to be reminded of every so often with the other tasks and noise that comes with being an artist (and living in the current world, let's be real). I loved sharing my daily pieces online and inspiring others to try it themselves - thanks for following along! ♡
